Hey my brother, dang I have been thinking about you a lot the last couple of days. Hope you are doing well. I am really struggling with crazy head games at work. I am fighting to keep these toxic thoughts at bay, but they are spilling over into my phyical world, I am just tired all the time.
Other than my beatiful wife who supports me and puts up with my whinning, I am on a roller coaster of emotions, mostly on the bottom. I know you have your own group of wonderers, please keep me in your thoughts. Thanks for listening...
